Sato Prints Return & Exchange Policy

At Sato Prints, we are committed to delivering high-quality 3D printed items and excellent customer service. Because our products are made-to-order and often customized, our return policy reflects the unique nature of 3D printing.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item (e.g. incorrect size, color, or design).
Non-Custom Items: Only non-customized, non-personalized items may be returned for change of mind.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Custom or personalized 3D printed items
Items damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Return Window
All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Your order number
Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via mobile money (e.g. M-Pesa) or original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
6. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
7. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or wrong item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
