Can I choose the colour?

Yes — almost every item can be printed in the colour you want. Tell us your preference on WhatsApp or in the order notes and we'll match it from our filament stock.

How long until I get it?

We keep popular items in stock — those go out within 24 hours. Made-to-order and custom prints run on our standard 48-hour turnaround; larger or multi-part jobs we'll quote up front when you order.

What material do you print in?

Accepted Answer

Mostly PLA and PETG for everyday items, with ABS and flexible TPU available for functional parts. Not sure what you need? Ask us and we'll recommend the right one for the job.

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Countrywide. Standard delivery is KSh 300, and it's free on orders of KSh 3,000 and above. Within Nairobi we deliver to your nearest Pickup Mtaani agent; outside Nairobi we ship via a parcel service near you. We confirm the pickup point on WhatsApp.

Do you take returns?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, you have 7 days to return it for a full refund. We cover return shipping for damage. Custom one-off prints are made to your spec, so those are only refundable if there's a fault on our side.

Are there any discounts?

Accepted Answer

Two. First-time customers get KSh 200 off when they apply a welcome code — drop your email at the top of the homepage to receive one. Anyone ordering 3+ items gets a bulk discount applied automatically. If both apply on the same order they combine, with the welcome credit taken off first.

Question 7

Can you print my own design?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — that's our specialty. Send us an STL, OBJ, STEP or 3MF file on WhatsApp and we'll advise on material, quote the job, and print it. No file? Describe what you need and we can model it for you.

Can I see it in person before buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes — DM us on Instagram to arrange a viewing or pickup in Nairobi.

Do you do prototypes or small production runs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From a single prototype to a small batch, tell us the quantity and deadline on WhatsApp and we'll quote it honestly.
